I do not only want to shoot pretty images. It is very important to me to shoot images that support the story. I particularly love working on shots where the camera as such is not noticeable to the viewer and supports the image content with its movements.

But I as a cinematographer alone I can only make good images to a certain point. To make great images there are other people needed, such as great set designers, costumes, hair and make up, camera assistants, gaffers, lighting technicians, actors, directors and all the other people behind the curtains. I absolutely love to collaborate with all those amazing people to create even greater results.

I finished my studies at Merz Akademie in Juli 2025 with a Bachelors Degree.

Around the same time I founded my own production company „Large Visions Films“.

There I am working as a DOP and Producer. I am also doing freelance work as a DP, Gaffer and Camera Assistant in the whole of Germany.
