About me

With a storytelling-first approach, Julian focuses on intentional camera movement and lighting design where the technique serves the emotional core of the narrative without distracting the audience. He believes filmmaking is fundamentally collaborative, working closely with directors, gaffers, and production design teams to craft a cohesive visual identity for every frame.

In addition to his freelance cinematography work, Julian co-founded the production company Large Visions Films.
